Waitlists

If a class is full, you may have the option to join a waitlist in Workday. If a seat becomes available, students on the waitlist will be automatically registered for the course.

Important Notes:

• Workday will skip you if you are not eligible to register when a seat becomes available. This may occur if you have a schedule conflict, an administrative or registration hold, or are missing a required prerequisite or corequisite. The available seat will then be offered to the next eligible student on the waitlist.
• Regularly check Workday and resolve any issues that could prevent registration.
• Being on a waitlist does not guarantee enrollment.
• Waitlisted courses do not count toward your full-time credit load until you are registered.
• TIP: Register for alternative courses while on a waitlist to maintain appropriate enrollment. Do not drop your alternative course until you have confirmed enrollment in the waitlisted course.
